One day seminar on Lean Six Sigma for local government with arvato government services: Thursday 14 September at Novotel, Leeds

arvato government services is holding a full day event on the application of Lean and Six Sigma methods in local government. The event will take place at the Novotel in Leeds on Thursday 14 September.

The conference – a mixture of presentations and workshops - aims to challenge delegates’ thinking on how services are designed to improve customer service and will show how waste can be removed from processes.

Delegates will discover how Lean Six Sigma can be applied to local government and will learn about a transformation approach that uses key Lean Six Sigma tools, but also focuses on implementing change.

One free place per local authority is available on a first come, first served basis. Additional delegates will be charged at the usual rate of £95.00 plus VAT per person. Lunch and refreshments will be included.
