80 arvato and East Riding of Yorkshire Council staff successfully complete their ICS Professional Awards

Customerfirst magazine - the official magazine of the Institute of Customer Service - reports on the 80 arvato and East Riding of Yorkshire Council staff who have successfully completed their ICS Professional Awards.

The awards were presented to practitioners, coaches and assessors at a special ceremony organised to mark their achievements.

Huw Roberts, director of environment and neighbourhood services at East Riding of Yorkshire Council said: “I’m delighted to see the number of staff receiving awards at this ceremony.  It represents a huge collective effort on the part of staff involved and it also reflects the council’s commitment to ensuring that when our customers need to contact us the experience is a good one.”

More than 300 staff have now achieved awards.
